1. First change

There is mandatory logic associated with these changes:

3. Requirements.

Certainly, here is a suggested content for the first email that the customer should receive upon initiating a return:

This email that you have should be sent to the customer when the item has been returned to the warehouse, informing them that their product is with us and not with the delivery service. We are already working to refund their money - this is the second notification in the process that the customer should receive!

We also need to think about how to set it up so that when we physically return the item, a message is sent confirming that the money has been refunded to the customer.
